Scanning the barcode of an entrance ticket at the PHI Centre is a common operation, but one that requires the coordination of a multitude of exchanges between the central database and its various outlets. Sednove designed the tool for managing all the data linked to the selection, purchase, sale, exchange or cancellation of tickets. Henceforth, all clerks, accountants and administrators can access statistics in real time regarding sales and presence in the auditorium for each event, as well as take note of transactions or the buying history of a regular client. This virtual 'box-office' defines the different types of clients (child, adult, invited ...) and controls access, thanks to the Bluetooth technology paired with an iPod.
